Discussions on development communication theories have gone through several paradigmatic shifts in the past 50 years. Stephen Kimotho is an author and a researcher in health communication,development communication and media studies. He holds B.Ed from Moi University, MA from Kenyatta University and PhD in Communication from Daystar University. He has been a lecturer at Kenya Methodist University, St. Paul's University and currently lectures at Daystar University.
