Trees According to God's Plan is a look at all the Bible verses that mention trees. It includes a commentary on what these verses actually tell us about why God chose to bless us with trees. We will learn about all the things that trees provide for us on a day-to-day basis. Things like food, shelter, beauty, shade and even oxygen to breathe are all blessings from God's original plan. However, as with most things that were given to mankind as a blessing, sin soon entered the picture and caused sinful men to twist the blessing into a curse through pride and idolatry. From the tree of life (eternal) in the Garden of Eden to the tree of eternal life in Heaven, we can learn so much by taking a closer look at trees in the Bible. The second half of this book includes reflections. Poetry that was inspired by reflecting on God's glory. Short devotionals that were "aha" moments to the author as she received them.

Renee Bennett is a follower of Christ, a wife, mother, grandmother, teacher and ministry leader. She leads women's mentoring for ladies in her community. She has traveled around the world on missions, with a focus on teaching the Bible to children of many cultures and reaching all people with the Gospel. Through one of these international connections, Renee is on the board of Enterprise Church Planting International (ECPI), which is based in Guyana, South America. ECPI is training up leaders who will travel all over the world to share the Gospel through relational teaching. Many decades of Bible study and journaling have led to inspiration for her to become an author who shares her knowledge with others to offer them hope. Her greatest wish is that others would be inspired to find their own word to research in the Bible and get to know more about God and his plan for them personally.
