Chimela Meehoma Samuel is an Anglican priest who lives in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Nashotah House Theological Seminary, Nashotah, Wisconsin and a Master of Arts in Religion degree from Trinity School for Ministry Ambridge, Pennsylvania. He is married to Virtue and they are blessed with four children namely: Sarima, Chimela Jnr., Omemeze and Chizogam.
