Findings highlighted that the perceived risks of the pandemic and responses significantly reduced the choice & use of public transport services. Passengers were likely to shift to other transport options in urban area. It suggests policy responses required to enhance the choice & use of public transportation and sustain mobility through pandemic-sensitive strategies, safety of passengers, technology and expand transit services.
