In the book, the author examines the available innovative potential in modern production complexes that produce sunflower oil. Ivan Glushkov nació en Kazajstán en la ciudad de Shemonaikha el 4 de julio de 1984. Graduado de la Universidad Libre Estadounidense de Kazajstán con una licenciatura en economía y administración. Participó en muchos seminarios de desarrollo profesional. En 2013, dirigió la gestión de VostokSelkhozProduct para el desarrollo y la modernización de la empresa.
