Produktbeschreibung
Training is one of the interventions that can be used in improving the performance of an enterprise. However, many entrepreneurs have tended to underestimate the importance of training in the success their enterprises. This book provides an insight into factors that influence entrepreneurs in micro and small enterprises in training. It discusses the extent to which the entreprenuers transfer knowledge, skills and attitudes that they have acquired through training directly to their jobs and indirectly to their employees. The contribution of these two approaches of training to job application is analysed using the direct and indirect transfer model developed by the author. This discussion should be especially useful to professionals in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs and policy makers seeking to develop the micro and small enterprise sector.
