This study point towards the level of contamination of various environmental components being air aoil or water by hazardous metals like nickel which ultimately pose serious threats to the life of living beings. Therefore, their regular monitoring in different parts of the ecosystem is equally mandatory. The present study clearly indicates the adverse effects of nickel salt on morphological parapeters of Allium cepa. Phil. et d'un doctorat en botanique du département des sciences botaniques et environnementales de l'université Guru Nanak Dev, à Amritsar. Elle a publié 16 articles dans des revues de renommée nationale et internationale. Son domaine d'intérêt est la toxicité environnementale. Elle a 6 ans d'expérience dans l'enseignement.
