D.K. Ahadzie,PhD is a Researcher at the Centre for Settlements Studies, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. He has published widely in many reputable construction and project management journals. In 2010, he was a consultant to the World Bank for the Ghana Skills and Technology Developments as construction industry analyst.
