Prof Dr. AL Jaber is the Founder/Member of the Board-Cross border for Excellency and Quality in Higher Educations, JORDAN (2013 and Founder/Chairman of the Board-Gazaniasolar, Jordan (2013) and he is the President of Gulf University, Bahrain. Prof. AL Jaber has long experience and remarkable teaching experience in computer science as he worked as an associated professor then a full professor for many Universities inside and out side Jordan. His achievements have been lasting as he has been Board of Trustees for many public and private universities in Jordan. He is also an External Reviewer for Quality Assurance-IT Program in Arab Universities, UNDP. As well as a Higher Education and IT Consultant. Prof. Al Jaber worked for as a Dean of graduate studies for Amman Arab University for Graduate Study being Responsible for the regulations of scienti¿c research affairs at the university in addition to presenting encouragement and support for research as well being a President of the Council of Scienti¿c Research. He worked for two years as a Secretary General of public Sector Development for Ministry of Public sector Development - Amman, Jordan as well being a vice President for Academic Planning and development affairs for more than three years for Al Balqa' Applied University - Salt, Jordan; a Dean of King Abdullah II School for Information Technology and then a President Advisor for Planning and Development for The university of Jordan from 2000-2005. Prof. Al Jaber has been playing crucial roles in many scienti¿c and academic committees as being a Coordinator of the IT curriculum committee of the ministry of higher education in (90-91); a Member and coordinator of tender committees; a Coordinator of the committee of His ham AI-Hijjawi Award (Jordan and Palestine); a committee member for the King Abdullah II award of 2002/2003; a Committee member to select the best programmer in Jordanian universities; a Committee member of Quality Assurance for the Computer Science programs in the University of Jordan \Al-Hussein fund for Excellency; a Coordinator of the committee of Quality Assurance for the Computer Science programs in the University of Jordan United Nations Project; a Committee member of reviewer of Quality Assurance for the Computer Science Department in the University of Sanah Yemen and University of Polytechnic-Hebron.; a Committee member in accreditation committees for the Computer Science programs in at different universities in Jordan; a Member of the Committee for curriculum design for computer science at different universities in Jordan; a Member of the Committee responsible for the development of Information Technology in Jordan; a Member of the steering committee for the British Council in the project "Jordan-UK get connected"; a Member of the editorial board of the Arab international Journal in Computer, as well as the editorial board of Abhath AI-Yarmouk Journal of AI-Yarmouk; a Reviewer for many Journals; a -Member in the council of Computer Center UJ; a Member in the council of Human Resources and Development-government of Jordan; a Member in the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM); a Member of the board of trustees Zeitonah University 2006-2009; a member of the board of trustees Philadelphia Private University 2009-now. And also a Chairman of the Research Priorities ITC Committee for the coming 10 years in Jordan-HCST.
