Zlatko Jakovlev was born on 02-01-1971 in Ohrid Macedonia. BA, MA and PhD degree earned from the Faculty of Tourism in Ohrid University Kliment Ohridski - Bitola in Macedonia. Since 2008 he works as an assistant and than associate professor at University Goce Delchev - Shtip.
