K.M.Hasan Hussain is an acknowledged expert in the field of food production, front office and housekeeping management. He served as a lecturer of Hotel and Tourism Training College in Eritrea, and also actively engaged as Project Officer. Presently, he is working as a lecturer in the Department of Hotel Management, Hawassa University, Ethiopia.
