Autorenporträt
Kirk Phillips is the Vice President and Practice Leader for Health Safety and Environment at LJB Inc. He is an Industrial Hygienist who has been practicing for 30 years and has 19 years of executive experience. As a former bioenvironmental engineer in the US Air Force, he led the Occupational and Environmental Health Programs for the whole Air Force as the Associate Chief for Bioenvironmental Engineering, overseeing 1,900 exposure scientists. He held his Certified Industrial Hygiene license for 20 years while practicing at the field level and has a BS in Aerospace Engineering and an MS in Engineering and Environmental Management. Kirk is regularly asked to speak on Total Exposure Health and has presented at the National Academy of Sciences twice and has keynote speaker at numerous national industrial hygiene and toxicology conferences. Kirk serves on the American Society of Safety Professionals Total Worker Health Task Force and works with Battelle Corporation to assist in delivering Total Exposure Health. Dirk P. Yamamoto is the senior industrial hygienist for Force Health Protection Research at the US Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. He retired from the US Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel, having served as both an electronics engineer and bioenvironmental engineer. Dr. Yamamoto is a certified industrial hygienist, certified safety professional, and is a licensed professional engineer. He also serves the American Industrial Hygiene Association, American Board of Industrial Hygiene, and ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, Inc.). LeeAnn Racz is a bioenvironmental engineer in the US Air Force, having served at bases across the globe. She currently serves as commander of the 1st Special Operations Aerospace Medicine Squadron at Hurlburt Field, Florida. She is a licensed professional engineer, certified industrial hygienist and board-certified environmental engineer. Dr. Racz has authored dozens of refereed journal articles and conference presentations, and has edited five handbooks.
