A collection of poetry designed to bring hope, healing, encouragement, inspiration, and perhaps a few laughs. It deals with both the dark and bright moments of life, and everything in between. From the foreword: "Life takes us on many detours - unexpected circumstances, job changes, family crises, births and deaths, and a host of other surprises and disappointments. Sometimes the obvious direction is not the actual way to get somewhere."

Autorenporträt
CATHY NEMETH RODEHEFFER was born in 1954 in Oakland, California, the third of four living children of emigrants from Hungary. Growing up in the San Francisco East Bay, she delighted in the outdoors, singing in the back yard and pretending to be a bass player. She developed an interest in gardening and poetry at an early age, and enjoyed making mud pies and marching in the rain in a yellow oilskin raincoat with friends. After initially writing some poems as a young teenager, her pen was silent for many years. Through the grace of God, the love of others, and therapy, she began writing again in 2010. While the poetry is healing for her, her prayer is that others will be touched and healed through these words that come to her at unexpected times and places. Cathy is now married, resides south of San Francisco, and has two grown children.
