Lynn Calvo is an acclaimed restaurant and bar designer who began her tiki journey catering tiki-inspired events from a truck outfitted with a thatched bar. Her mobile-island paradise eventually led to the opening of Lynn's Hula Hut, a destination tiki bar in Montauk, NY. She is also the founder and CEO of Hula Hut Spirits. She lives in Montauk, NY. James O. Fraioli is a James Beard Award-winning culinary author with more than 50 published titles to his credit. His books have been featured on the Food Network, and in Vogue, People, Forbes, Rolling Stone, the Wall Street Journal, and the New York Times. He is also the CEO of Culinary Book Creations, which specializes in creating high-quality publications for chefs, restaurants, and other industry professionals. He lives in Bellevue, Washington.
