Author Donna Nell McAllister McElveen is the mother of two children and the proud grandmother of two grandchildren. She & her husband Dr. Carey S. McElveen were married for 45 years. Carey served as a pastor for over 40 years. And Donna Nell has been a school teacher for over 40 years. And has devoted her life to her family; her children; her grandchildren and her church family.

She shares a heartfelt recollection and urgency to share the many blessings that have been bestowed upon her. And the miracles that came through the brokenness; the grief; and the heartbreak.
