I'm still finding peace and a personal sense of accomplishment by writing my thoughts "of a moment" down on paper or as a word triggers something to write about. I remain an advocate for the treatment and need given by Mental Health Programs and prayerfully more to come. For a person to feel as a failure, have anziety, panic attacks, or depression should not be an option. Help should be available!! My hope is you enjoy my book, understand the sorrows and revel in the joys!!
