Matthew Halbach is a husband and father of six children. He is also a deacon for the Diocese of Des Moines, IA. Halbach is the Executive Director of Catechesis for William H. Sadlier, Inc. and a national author and speaker on the topics of mercy, theology, faith, spirituality, evangelization, and family catechesis. Deacon Halbach is also a member of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops National Advisory Council, and a reviewer for the "International Journal of Evangelization and Catechesis".
