He earned his Ph.D. in biophysics at UC Berkeley, and earned his living as a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopist at major universities. He has published over 75 peer reviewed publications in scientific journals, and has written two previous books, The Science of Ethanol Production and A Primer of NMR Theory with Calculations in Mathematica. Autorenporträt

Alan Benesi was born in San Francisco in 1950 and grew up in the Bay Area. He earned a Ph.D. in Biophysics at the University of California, Berkeley. He became fascinated by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and spent most of his career as an NMR spectroscopist and Lecturer in Chemistry at major universities. He has over 75 peer reviewed publications in scientific journals, and has written four books, The Science of Ethanol Production, A Primer of NMR Theory with Calculations in Mathematica, Theory of Consciousness, and The Gods Are Within Us.
