Tracy Shea-Porter is the CEO and co-founder of Yes Unlimited, with an extensive background in Applied Improvisation and corporate communications, marketing, and sales. Her improvisation background combines with her business experience to inspire and motivate leaders and teams to flourish by bringing improv skills and "Yes, and" communication to their work. She holds a BA degree with distinction from the University of Toronto and is a member of ACTRA (Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists) and a Professional Member of AIN (Applied Improvisation Network). Tracy is the author of The "Yes And" Business Evolution: Improv Skills for Leadership and Life, dedicated to helping leaders and teams communicate better. She is a lover of live music, art, nature, film, bicycle riding, and, of course, improv. Tracy lives in Toronto and is deeply grateful for her daily video chats and in-person gatherings with her daughter Allysha and Flo the Cat. She can be found riding her bicycle in her community most days.
