Arnak Danielian was born in Armenia in 1989, he began playing the violin at the age of 3, growing up in Russia and Mexico his family chose not to have a television in the house, and his father always made up fairy tales for him and his brother. He began writing his own fairy tales and composing his own music at the age of 10 when he came to America. Today Arnak has written over 10 screenplays, and 4 children's books, of which The Watermelon King is the first published one on his list.
