I'm Kenneth Steadman, Founder and Executive Director of SeekFirst Solutions, Inc. I am one of "those" who was in need of education on the value of Christ. Crack-addicted, in jail, with no hope, Christ came to me and offered me "something else." I accepted Christ in jail (that's right, authentic jailhouse convert) and became a Believer. However, what eluded me was the practicality of my faith. So, out of jail, unemployed, and homeless, I spent the next seven years learning (however painfully) about humility, submission, and trust in God. Now with a wife, two businesses, two more college degrees and a clear understanding of the love of Christ shown by and through His people, I want to share my knowledge and experience, with those who find themselves in similar situations, in hopes that their walk need not be so painful. My educational background includes an A.A.S. in Paralegal Technology from Central Piedmont Community College, a B.S. in Business Administration from Strayer University. and a Master of Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I was owner of K Doyle & Associates, a marketing company, from 2009-2012. This was the initial construct for Steadman & Associates (then a corporation creating profitability strategies for micro and small business) in 2013. With the mix of both educational and real world business experience, along with an understanding, (through His Word) of the God I serve, I have the know-how to provide a clearer understanding for "... those in need."
