Produktbeschreibung
This book questions the problematic of the fragmented urban, as a complex resultant, generated by at least two interactive processes in the creation and practice of the urban. The fragmentation observed in Fez, associated with "peripheralization", is generated by interactions between games and stakes of actors. The suburban is supposed to be a reservoir rich in alternative socially acceptable development formulas. The aim is to grasp the dynamics of qualification and inclusion of the peripheries. The first part deals with the genesis of fragmentation and the multi-criteria evaluation of decision support, in order to identify suburban geo-typical specificities, with reference to the urban intensity gradient. The second part analyses the public and private practices of reconfiguration, regulation and appropriation of the south-western periphery of Fez. The last part, explores the social and technical project management at the time of the qualification of at-risk housing in the northern periphery of Fez. The book is intended for researchers in the human sciences and urban planning, professionals and politicians in urban governance, and operators of associations.
