Autorenporträt
Derrick High grew up in Jacksonville, Texas. He grew up in a place where there was a lot of violence and he, as a child, was exposed to violence a lot. Also, being in a home where he was the next to the youngest, he had a big imagination. As a child, Derrick loved G. I. Joe, Transformers, and Bionic Six. He loved the fact that he could be any one of them whenever he wanted to be. As he got older, Justice League and Dragon Ball Z took over his life. It was at this point that he began to write again, and he didn't look back. This escape made him want to give that same gift of imagination to future readers. Derrick specializes in fiction writing.
