Erfaun Norooz a été consultant international auprès de plusieurs organisations internationales. Il est titulaire d'un doctorat en sciences politiques et développement international, d'une maîtrise en économie et d'un master en droit international public de l'université de Vienne. Ses recherches portent sur le droit international et le développement.
