Khaynazarov Bakhromjon ha conseguito il dottorato di ricerca in Storia. È professore associato presso il Dipartimento di Storia mondiale dell'Università nazionale dell'Uzbekistan intitolata a Mirzo Ulugbek.Il dottor Bakhromjon è autore di circa 50 articoli scientifici, di due progetti di sovvenzioni innovative e di partecipazioni.
