Dr. DeGarmo is a professor at Southern Illinois University. She has written & contributed to several books including The Disposal of Radioactive Wastes in the Metropolitan St. Louis Area; International Environmental Treaties and State Behavior: Factors Influencing Cooperation; and Palestinian Hip-Hop and Peaceful Resistance.
