Valentina Bucholzki has been a sports athlete in alpine skiing for many years. During that time she realised how important a balanced nutrition is for the general well-being and performance. Additionally, she loves to cook and explore new tastes, therefore she came up with the idea of combining three different diets in order to achieve a healthy nutrition while taking care of animals.
