Solomon Emiru Gutema es profesor adjunto de derecho en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Wollega. Su especialización es en Derecho Constitucional y Derecho Público. También actúa como abogado en los tribunales regionales y federales de Etiopía. Solomon también tiene experiencia en investigaciones constitucionales, de derechos humanos y de desarrollo sostenible.
