Susan Hamm lives in Greenwood Village, Colorado with her husband, Tommy, of 55 years. They have 3 sons and 8 grandchildren. Tommy and Susan enjoy traveling the world together. Besides her family and friends, Susan enjoys nature, from the mountains to the oceans. Her hobbies are creative writing, reading the Hebrew Bible, baking breads and cross-stitching. Susan hopes you enjoy reading this inspired story as much as she enjoys reading it, too! Jessica Birchfield is studying computer science at the University of Washington in Seattle, pursuing a career in computer animation. She has illustrated stories for the "Stone Soup" magazine and created the cover image for a college textbook. In her free time, Jessica enjoys playing the piano and violin, drawing, painting, and hiking. This is her first illustrated book.
