However, the artist is shocked by her paint splattered studio when she returns. Who will help her restore the studio tree? "The Studio Tree", is a sequel to the book, "Cozmo's Wish", by WI author and illustrator Janet Toonen. Follow along with this second story of the rhyming tale to get a new perspective of the first story through the eyes of the forest artist. More importantly, a lesson in first impressions.

In 2015 author/illustrator Janet Toonen began her children's book writing and illustrating career fulltime. She founded Stay Toon'd Publishing and started down the path of being an Indie Author. To date she has won a number of literary awards. Her stories Cozmo's Wish and The Studio Tree, recently received 2020 Purple Dragonfly Awards. As a Native American author, Janet carries on the tradition of educating kids through great story telling. Her books include gentle lessons from learning to love who you are to understanding that we should all treat each other kindly and be friends. Janet's tries to include science and fun facts in an interesting and engaging way. Since Janet is also the illustrator of her stories she loves creating new character for kids to identify with.
