The current book aims to identify the effectiveness of the constructivist learning model in improving reading comprehension among third grade students and their motivation towards reading. The study used the quasi-experimental approach based on the design of the experimental and control groups, and its sample consisted of all third-grade students at Hussein Yassin Primary School in the Galilee region within the Green Line, whose count is (39) students. The sample members were divided into two groups, a control group of (20) students, and an experimental group of (19) students. A questionnaire measuring motivation towards reading, achievement test, and lessons developed based on the constructivist learning model were used as tools for the study. The results showed a statistically significant difference in the performance of the study sample due to the effectiveness of using the constructivist learning model to improve reading comprehension, in favor of the experimental group, and the presence of a difference in the level of motivation towards reading among the study sample, and in favor of the experimental group as well.
