The problem of finding the roots of equations like the quadratic equations has many applications in applied science. In this book we introduce two new methods to solve a fully fuzzy quadratic equations (FFQE) by two new concepts. Firstly, we introduce restricted variation concept and secondly, we present the new second power of a fuzzy number and apply these concepts to solve fully fuzzy quadratic equations. All the examples were solved by maple software.

Leila Gerami Moazam got B.Sc degree from Sharif University of Technology, M.Sc degree from Tehran University and her PhD degree in Applied Mathematics from Science and Research Campus, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran. She is Assistant Professor in West Tehran Branch of Islamic Azad University since 2000.
