Qazvin territory on the course of the Silk Road forms the main cultural and commercial intersection which holds the richest and the greatest human heritage. These live and historical heritages have created unique capacities of cultural varieties and tourist attractions in the region.

Rossana Heshmatipour nació en Teherán- Irán en 1967, es investigadora en el campo de las "Rutas de la Seda en Irán" desde 2007. Graduada en Geografía y planificación del turismo en la Universidad Islámica Azad, en el centro de Teherán. Empleada en la organización de turismo, artesanía y patrimonio cultural de Irán desde 1996 hasta la fecha.
