Matyás Havrda, Ph.D. (2000) in Philosophy, Charles University Prague, is Researcher at Humboldt University Berlin and Palacký University Olomouc. His publications include articles on Valentinian gnosticism, Irenaeus, Clement of Alexandria, and Galen, and a commented Czech translation of the fifth book of the Stromateis. Vít Husek, Th.D. (2004) in Systematic Theology, Palacký University Olomouc, is Assistant Professor and Researcher at Palacký University Olomouc. He has published articles on doctrine of grace in Latin patristics. Jana Plátová, Ph.D. (2007) in Classical Philology, Masaryk University Brno, is Assistant Professor and Researcher at Palacký University Olomouc. Her publications include articles on Clement of Alexandriäs commentary on Scripture, and a Czech translation of the Stromateis (books I and III).
