It was created by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in the year 1970 and has spread all around the world. In today s society, life style of the individuals have been changed. Due to this change, people are drawing their health status fitness level and spiritual development to the brink of precipice. For the optimal attainment of health status, fitness level and spiritual development, time to time assessment and improvement of life style is not only required in the society but essential for society. The objective of the study was to find out the effects of Sahaja Yoga Meditation on Life Style. Random group design was adopted for this study. Yoga practice was conducted for the duration of 12 weeks. To find out the effects of sahaja yoga meditation on life style of the University students, Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) was used. Sahaja Yoga Meditation was found fructiferous in improving Life Style particularly related to Alcohol, Drug and Nutrition.
