Algeria has an important archaeological heritage which allows it to contribute to the construction of a culture with world posture. Mohamed Nadir SEBKI ist Architekt, Bauingenieur für Architektur und Stadtentwicklung und Absolvent der Université Polytechnique des hauts de France. Er ist derzeit Doktorand in moderner und zeitgenössischer Geschichte an der Université Jean Monnet in St. Etienne im Labor Environnement Ville et Société.
