Matthew Cross was born in Boston, MA and currently lives in Newton, MA. He graduated from The University of Massachusetts with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and worked as a student advisor for the university's Engineering Career and Development Center. He also received professional training in Design Thinking at Cornell University. Matthew has an extensive array of real world career knowledge from experiences in the Medical Device Industry, Defense Industry, Environmental Engineering Industry, Manufacturing Industry, and Fitness Industry. He uses logical processes, fun illustrations, and engaging exercises to make learning more engaging and help reduce career related stress on college students.
