Kirsten Clacey began her career in counseling and psychology and then moved into software. She is currently working at Jumo as a Scrum master and facilitator. Prior to this, she worked at 22seven as an Agile facilitator. She is currently serving as the chair of the official Scrum Alliance User Group in South Africa. Jay-Allen Morris had a previous career in the film industry but found her Agile calling by accident. She currently works at Jumo as an Agile lead and recently was a volunteer committee member for Scrum User Group South Africa (SUGSA).
