The study sought to find out whether the individuals in the community read and study the book of Hebrews, to establish their understanding. It also sought to find out if the various churches in the community teach and preach the book. It found out whether the pastors in the community have absolute control over the book and examine the community whether they know and understand the relevance of the book of Hebrews. The study utilized exploratory research design and quantitative approach. The strategy used was cross sectional where groups of churches; orthodox, Pentecostal, charismatic and protestants were chosen for the study. The population of the study was selected churches from Ejisu-Juaben Municipal Assembly. The study found out that, greater percentage of the congregation understand the book of Hebrews. It was found out that, the book of Hebrews was written to strengthen the faith of the Christians, help believers to know more about Jesus Christ, presented the Old Testament in a more understanding way and introduce the high priest. The study also revealed that ministers preach topical sermon more than expository sermon.
