The population of the study was selected churches from Ejisu-Juaben Municipal Assembly. The study found out that, greater percentage of the congregation understand the book of Hebrews. It was found out that, the book of Hebrews was written to strengthen the faith of the Christians, help believers to know more about Jesus Christ, presented the Old Testament in a more understanding way and introduce the high priest. The study also revealed that ministers preach topical sermon more than expository sermon.
