We studied the possible relationships between social capital and human capital, specifically of the graduating students of the Administration course; employed at the time of the research, who seek better qualification for the labour market. We verify the possible relationships between social capital and human capital of these students according to the desired objective. We also present, interpret and discuss two indicators of human capital: experience and education. The students' responses about social capital; the possible relationships between human capital and social capital of the students happened according to the research. Most students have a network of virtual relationships, only in the recreational part, and have attitudes of trust and reciprocity. In addition, students have a network of virtual and personal relationships that allow them to show their human capital. We conclude that there was a relationship between the social capital and human capital of the students in the questions and interviews conducted.
