Garth Sam is a professional life coach, public speaker, renaissance leader, world traveler, dog-loving, motorcycle-riding, martial artist & former Buddhist monk. While his formal education includes a psychology degree from University of Toronto and legal studies at Osgoode Hall Law School, Garth's inter- & intra- personal expertise is based on an eclectic set of learning experiences along roads less traveled, inspired by a lifelong passion for human potential development. He has studied with mystic masters, delivered motivational seminars to international audiences, run his own martial arts & fitness club, counseled probationers for the Ministry of Corrections, been the Vice President of Marketing for an IT company, led humanitarian missions to Africa, and worked in the entertainment industry.
