The files have been dragging on at the level of the major joint commissions between the DRC and its two neighbors. No grievance is filed in the competent jurisdictions for the defense of human rights. We have called for the intervention of the UN through the ECJ and ICC to examine, sanction and restore the Congolese victim to their rights. If we think that the Congolese expelled from the Republic of Congo and Angola will suffer international discrimination.
