Attention is given to the juridicial stipulations À PROPOS the ministries, content, and means of preaching, all specific reference to the Code's pastoral aims. The preocupation of the writer has been to demonstrate these profoundly pastoral aspects of Canon Law.

Dr. Antony Lopez was appointed as Chancellor of the Apostolic Vicariate of Arabia and as Diocesan Judge Accredited to the Archdiocesan Tribunal of Bombay with regard to marriage cases of the Vicariate Apostolic of Arabia in 2005 to date. He is Member of The Canon Law Society of Great Britain and Ireland.
