Blaise Bwanga Amenbali, nacido el 31 de mayo de 1986 en Lubumbashi, en la República Democrática del Congo, donde realizó todos sus estudios primarios y secundarios en el Collège Saint François de Sales/Imara, antes de emprender estudios universitarios en la Universidad de Lubumbashi en Derecho. Se graduó en derecho privado y judicial en julio de 2011. Actualmente es estudiante de doctorado en Derecho.
