IT Governance aims to align IT processes with the strategic objectives of companies. The implementation of an IT governance process changes the organizational culture. Faced with this framework, this work proposes to study the reflexes of the actions of the Information Technology and Communication Council - ConTIC of Unicamp on the processes of IT work in the units of teaching, research and administration of the university, in order to assess how much the actions of ConTIC are aligned with the local needs of the units in the view of IT professionals at the university. Assess whether employees perceive ConTIC as a business partner, whether the movements of ConTIC contribute to the development of daily activities by these professionals in their units and whether the actions of ConTIC are seen as adding value to the final activities of the University.
