Stephana Arnold served these dishes to her family when they were growing up and beyond. She needed to share these recipes with others since she felt that many families would enjoy them as well. Autor

Stephana Arnold is a homemaker and gourmet cook. Her hobby is gardening and in the Summer grows the Scotch Bonnet peppers from which she makes Gourmet Hot Pepper Sauce and uses in her dishes. Stephana is the mother of four adult children and grandmother of six. She lives with her husband in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
