Readers will discover the social and economic context in which the Senegalese educational system is built. The work makes also a comparison of the Senegalese Educational system with others educational systems like the American and Spanish ones. The author Seynabou Seye was born in 1972 in Thies (Senegal). After her Master's degree she received a scholarship from Funiber Foundation and started her online doctorate in Science of Education at the University Ibero-Americana of Mexico since 2015. She has always worked for the Senegalese Education System in its different domains beginning as a teacher in primary school. After that she occupied, at the Inspection of Education and Training of Thies City, the posts of General Secretary, Planificator in charge of the leading of the quality. Now she is occupying the post of responsible for financial and accounting operations at IA Thiès.

Seynabou Seye Djite nasceu em Outubro de 1972 em Thies (Senegal). Parou os seus estudos na escola secundária em 1990 e juntou-se à "Ecole Normale Germaine Le GOFF", onde frequentou uma formação de quatro anos para se tornar professora, a fim de ajudar a sua família a sair da pobreza.
