A fairy named Varna discovers a tiny girl, transformed from a flower hidden in the woods of Vegabondia. The forest, located on the shores of Echo Lake in Maine is also home to three-hundred girls who attend a summer children's camp. Varna, the tooth fairy, is delighted she has found a little fairy who can help her deliver a treat to each of the campers when they lose a tooth. There is also an enchanting event that occurs when Varna and Violet awaken the stuffed animals one night to have them partake in the activities of the campers. Varna gives Violet the honor of choosing an animal that will help them organize the night's events. Violet chooses a bunny by the name of JEB, Jolly Efficent Bunny. His sense of style and humor is perfect for his role in encouraging the newly awakened stuffed animals to partake in camp activities. The next morning, when the stuffed amimals are back in their cabin, now still, one camper discovers the secret of what happened the previous night.
