DM Coffman and her husband lived in the People's Republic of China teaching in the World Trade Organization's China Judicial Training Program and Brigham Young University's China Teachers Program. Strange experiences there inspired The Net thriller series, and many truths are woven throughout the books. Prior to China, they worked in the legal profession in Washington, DC. They now enjoy retired life in the Utah Rocky Mountains with family, two rescued dogs, and an old unamiable tabby named Ebeneezer. DM specializes in clean fiction--avoiding offensive language, graphic sex, and extreme violence.
