Robert T. Fraser, PhD, is a licensed counseling and rehabilitation psychologist and professor of neurology, neurological surgery, and rehabilitation medicine at the University of Washington. He specializes in specializes in vocational rehabilitation assessment and counseling for people with MS and is one of the original faculty of the University of Washington MS Rehabilitation Research and Training Center.
